Hin Kong beach is unique in Koh Phangan because it is the only beach where the road is by the sea, and you can have direct access to the beach from the road. There is a wide mangrove area, and a famous sandbar where people gather at sunset, just pick up one of the many bars to enjoy your sunset cocktail. It is not yet too developed so there still many coconuts on each side of the road and each bar and restaurants has its own character, so you will find your style on Hin Kong beach

The villa is ideally located within walking distance of a great choice of food. Starting from l Alcove the must go restaurant/bistro/ show of the island, just 100m walk on the beach or on the road.
Then even closer to the best Italian, Romanzo Tropical, doing authentic Italian cuisine with a pizza oven, and always catch of the day fish, and take away food.
Then turn left from the house there a genuine vegetarian Indian cuisine, also walking distance and for fresh morning croissant we have a true french bakery, Indigo, try their Œufs Benedict! A delight
For more experience, the Thai restaurant of the Kupu Kupu hotel is great and stylish, or Signature in Thongsala where Belgian chef Quentin will always surprise you.
If you like Japanese, go to Makro in Thongsala, there is a great Sushi/sashimi place opposite the store.
Health & Fitness
The west side of the island is know from health conscious where many seek healing, improving their physical and mental health. Yoga addicts can find a wide choice of places to practice, we recommend the Orion Healing Centre.
The closes gym nearby is EVOLVE Health Club in Sritanue. They have lots of free weights, machines & personal trainers.
Thailand is famous for Muay Thai as a national sport. You can join Muay Thai classes to get fit and learn some self-defense skills with Chinarach Muay Thai.

Island Tours
Staying on the island without enjoying some of the spectacular beaches of the island would be a waste. The best way is to hire a boat, a special open motorboat able to take you in 15mins to any side of the island, connect to Boat Rent Phangan; they will set up the best program for your group or organize your transfer to Samui airport.

How to Get Here
Our island, Koh Phangan, is located in the south of Thailand. From Bangkok to the Suratthani is about 10 hours drives. The overnight train offers a comfort air-cond first class. There also an overnight bus from southern route bus station. But the fastest, easiest way to get to us is by air via Koh Samui or more economical route to near by city airports. There are direct flight to Koh Samui by Bangkok Airways then only 30 minutes on a high-speed boat ride to Thongsala Pier
Take domestic flight to Suratthani airport or Nakornsritamarat airport, then about 1-1.5 hours bus and 2.5 hours boat/ferry ride to Koh Phangan main pier. Joint tickets available at www.airasia.com
